A Compass Marine pre-sale survey will give you the opportunity to put right any defects prior to the sale or will provide useful information to negotiate with the buyer.

When you sell, if the new owner wants to convert the survey to a pre-purchase survey, this can be done for a very reasonable additional cost, after a further visit by us and a new report. That way you and the new owner can share the costs of the two surveys as we only require a modest extra fee for the second survey.
