Insurance surveys

When did you last have an insurance survey on your yacht? Have you met the terms of your insurance policy?

Increasingly, insurance companies do not require owners to survey their yachts periodically (usually every five years). However they may not honour a claim if the yacht has not been surveyed and/or maintained. Please check with your insurance company.

One of my insurance surveys will reduce the possibility of this happening and could save much more than money. One of my insurance surveys will help you keep on top of (or at least aware of) problems as they develop.

My insurance survey reports are not quite as detailed as a full condition survey but the inspection is the same except for cosmetics and my reports are nevertheless very thorough and practical and cover all other aspects of the vessel.
