Acceptance

Are you buying a new boat? A Compass Marine Yacht Surveys delivery inspection will ensure your boat is inspected by a qualified marine surveyor before you accept it from the yard or dealer.

We check the boat has been completed according to the specifications agreed when the boat was ordered, that there are no defects and that any modifications have been completed correctly.

This ensures any waranty issues are addressed before you sail away.

Delivery 

When a boat is delivered overland, new or second hand, it may have sustained accidental damage, cosmetic or strucural.  

Our delivery inspections are full condition survey using the same format as described under pre-purchase surveys.

If we have recently carried out a pre-purchase survey on this vessel in question, there is a significant disount on the delivery inspection fee.
